FAAB partners with licensed financial institutions in each jurisdiction to deliver transfer, savings, card, and funding services. Where direct licensing is required, applications are filed with the relevant regulator and disclosed in-app.
Consumer protection
We provide clear pricing, plain-language disclosures, accessible support, and dispute resolution channels. Member funds are held with regulated custodian banks and segregated from company operating accounts.
Anti-bribery & corruption
FAAB has a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption. Staff and partners are required to refuse, document, and report any inappropriate offer of value.
Whistleblowing
Report suspected misconduct confidentially to compliance@faabfunds.com. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is strictly prohibited.
Audits & oversight
We undergo periodic internal and external reviews of our AML, security, and financial controls. Findings are remediated on a tracked basis and reported to leadership.
