Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, business details, KYC documents, banking information), information generated by your use of the platform (transfers, savings, mentorship sessions, funding applications), and limited technical information (device, browser, IP, cookies) needed to operate the service securely.

We use your information to verify your identity, deliver our incubator, savings, transfer, mentorship, and funding services, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations (including AML and tax reporting), and communicate updates relevant to your account.

We share data only with vetted service providers (identity verification, payments, hosting, analytics), regulators where legally required, and parties you explicitly authorize (e.g., investors you connect with). We never sell personal data.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sensitive credentials are hashed. Production access is restricted, audited, and protected by multi-factor authentication. See our Security Center for full details.

We retain account, KYC, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable financial regulations (typically 5–7 years after account closure), then we delete or anonymize them.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email privacy@faabfunds.com to exercise these rights.

FAAB operates globally. Data may be processed in the United States, Nigeria, and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure and partners operate, always under safeguards equivalent to those described here.

We will post any material changes on this page and notify active members by email or in-app alert before the changes take effect.
