You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify security@faabfunds.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. KYC & verification
To use regulated features (transfers, savings, funding), you must complete identity verification and provide accurate, current information. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FAAB for fraud, money laundering, financing of illegal activities, harassment of other users, scraping, or attempts to compromise the platform's security.
5. Fees
Membership tier benefits, transfer fees, and savings interest rates are published in-app and may change with notice. You will always see applicable fees before confirming a transaction.

7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or pose risk to other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
