How FAAB will never contact you

FAAB will never ask for your password, full card number, OTP code, or remote access to your device. We will never call to demand an urgent transfer or threaten account closure if you don't act in minutes.

Common scams to watch for

  • "FAAB support" callers asking you to read out a verification code
  • Investment "guarantees" promising fixed high returns with no risk
  • Fake mentor or partner accounts asking you to send money first
  • Job and grant offers that require an upfront fee
  • Phishing links sent by SMS, email, or WhatsApp

Protect your account

  • Use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication
  • Only log in via the official FAAB website or app
  • Verify URLs — official email addresses end in @faabfunds.com
  • Review your activity and trusted devices regularly

What to do if something feels wrong

Stop the action, do not share any further information, and contact us immediately at security@faabfunds.com or via WhatsApp from the footer.

Reporting fraud

To report suspected fraud, send a clear description, the time it occurred, and any screenshots or transaction references to fraud@faabfunds.com. Our team triages reports within one business day.
